  3. Is Rakza7 working well with new plastic ball

Yep, I used it for almost a year it works fine. It’s actually my favorite forgiving rubber. It has a little less spin than others but plenty of trampoline. Cheers L-zr
  4. Table tennis is the most difficult and frustrating sport I have ever played

In Your profile, what is "Americam Hiniki" ? :-) Cheers L-zr
  5. Hinoki blades with Chinese rubbers?

A loop is more of a brush, a drive is more of a penetrating hit. I used to only consider brushed loops as real loops (and still do to a certain extent). Using my definition most loops are actually topspin drives. Cheers L-zr
  6. Any thinner blades provide the similar feel as the 1-ply hinoki blade?

Nico was advertising his custom holiday blades here recently. Take a discussion with him. I’m a Hinoki junkie too, but I settle for the top layer that’s good enough for me. Cheers L-zr
  7. Do you counterloop your opponents opening loop?

I do it when I have time but I wouldn’t call it loop it’s more of a topspin drive. But sometimes my opponents hits so fast and I’m too close to the table then blocking is the only option. Cheers L-zr
  8. Use of forearm

Pretty much agree with davizoosk. For myself I try to keep the FH stroke short or I may not have time for the next stroke so forearm movement is required. Cheers L-zr
  9. Table tennis is the most difficult and frustrating sport I have ever played

The most important parts when playing a game is. To not have a blade that is too fast for you. To have rubbers that are not too spin sensitive. To be able to return most serves decently. This aspects will make you loose confidence and will ruin the game. One other aspect is not being tense but...
  10. Table tennis is the most difficult and frustrating sport I have ever played

It sounds like you are taking it too seriously. If the only thing you want to do is to win an office tournament fine, otherwise relax and try to have some fun that’s what counts not the to win or loose. That said remember that serve and reserve receive is half the game. I changed my rubber to a...
  11. Returning player looking for a right equipment

Sounds like your equipment is too fast for you. You need something slower. That will enable you to hit harder. A Yasaka Mark V on either of those blades will be perfect. Then when you start to feel confident upgrade to Yasaka Rakza 7 and go from there. You will not need a faster blade for a long...
  12. Fs : 1-plh Kiso Hinoki Blades

I realize this but for 1 pliers, the the thinner the weaker and more susceptible to warping. But the idea is tantalizing. Cheers L-zr
  13. Fs : 1-plh Kiso Hinoki Blades

If they weren’t so damn fast I would get one, soon Hinoki will not be available anymore… Cheers L-zr
  14. NBlades

I really like the dark appearance between the handle and the rubber. But for characteristics I am a Hinoki junkie. I have a Stiga exclusive off with rosewood top layer I believe. It is really beautiful but a bit hard. Its a shame to cover your creations with rubber. Cheers L-zr
  15. NBlades

You really like black limba. How are the characteristics different from regular limba? Cheers L-zr
  16. What is the best alternative for Tenergy 05?

But if You can use Tenergy it’s a great feel when the spin kicks in and that feel alone makes you a better player. You may not win more games but you have more fun (lots of it). I can certainly feel the difference between T05 and Roxena. Cheers L-zt
  17. DHS H3 from EU store is higher quality than from China (Aliexpress)?

You are probably getting fakes . Cheers L-zr
  18. "chinese philosophy for equipment" blades: flexibility, stiffness, etc

I wonder if wele is a bot, it talks about knife blades 😂😂
  19. Help with equipment next step

You have the kill power not the rubber. I would try not to change too much in one step. Try to find something just a little harder. Also what thickness are you using. Maybe increase the thickness could fix this. But the hitting through the rubber is a smaller problem than having trouble with the...
