Isn't the Glayzer 09c topsheet supposed to be the same as Dignics 09c? Might be worth a try if it is the topsheet that activates the butterflies in your stomach.

My guess is that Glayzer is more linear than G1. All tensors have a sort of threshold where the ball just fly away.

Pros are one thing but for us amateurs it makes sense to have easier short game on backhand and easier opener on forehand. Thus: hard bh-rubber, softer forehand-rubber.

The fastarcs used to have 2.0 as maximum. Think they produce G1 in 2.1 these days though. Just to mention another rubber series with relatively thin max sponge.

Not the topic but imho G09C is much (MUCH!) closer to D09C - and probably K3 - than H3 Neo in all aspects. Speedwise H3 Neo is nowhere near Glayzer. At least when I use the rubbers.

Well. I also find G09c a lot faster than most here on the forum. Speedwise to me it is in the same category as it's bigger siblings. But it is very hard compared to older rubbers and might feel strange in that sense. Softer modern rubbers are bouncier in the short-game but don't have same speed...

I thought the trend of slightly softer inner carbon blades (instead of viscaria-variants) was a consequence of the trend of harder sponges?

Only tried unboosted. H8 is very slow and has a hard feeling. Probably made for being used with booster. 8-80 is not exactly a speed monster either but it is definitely faster than the regular one and useable out of the box. Great paired with a hard and fast blade.

DHS 15 is good in the sense that it is easy to peel off. But the rubber also looses the grip to the blade easier. Be sure to use a wide side tape....
