  1. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

LYJ is not unbeatable - low probability yes, but zero no. Truls' weakness (and super power) is that people hesitate when facing unpredictable stuff. But Kallberg plays his best against predictable stuff.
  2. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

Truls - that 2-0, 10-9 point was sublime, win or lose!
  3. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

They will be very disappointed - you don't get that backhand by buying Super Viscaria or clone or whatever...
  4. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

It's not the receive but that crazy backhand that can flip any push or serve.
  5. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

Miwa is 17 going 18 - she can still has permission to hallucinate monsters when she doesn't have the experience to build perspective. I think Tamara Boros is brilliant, but to anyone who wants to threaten China and Japan, I will believe it when I see it.
  6. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

    Sweden definitely in danger here.
  7. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

There is a tab for "provisional schedule" that is not user friendly but which you can use to to figure it out.
  8. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

This is what people who point to the weakness of the anti keep underestimating. She doesn't quit, you have to keep her struggling until the end.
  9. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

They didn't stand a chance already, that is not the point. Neither would have HK either.
  10. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

Viscaria SALC, Hurricane Forehand... The HK way...

  13. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

It was obvious by the end of the first game that she knew how to do enough that Han Ying was in for a workout. I am pleasantly surprised by how Han Ying hasn't been able to confuse with spin variation. But I say that and now, Han Ying just floated the ball and she hit it to the sky lol. Now...
  14. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

It (the divorce) happened a long time ago from what I hear, the name change happened earlier this year on tour. I think I posted it on a thread for a recent feeder that he won.
  15. Sabine Winter switches to antispin

    Sabine Winter 3-2 Doo Hoi Kem (-10,-8, 8, 9, 4).
  16. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

Sabine keeps getting tempted to overwhelm without placement. It's not going to work, she needs to get in the point on her forehand opening and then overwhelm with placement later in the point.
  17. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

It is instructive to see how much better Harimoto returned serve and defended his middle. He needs to play more like that and less like a statue. You mean the fact that Dang beat Sora comprehensively just a few days earlier would encourage you to try a different strategy?
  18. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

They had ABC last time and lost, it was really the benefit of having played the first match which enabled adjustments for players to reverse or improve prior results. Actually they didnt have ABC but my point still stands.
  19. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10

Lol... The upside ia clearly with Togami. Just take it for what it is, Franziska did a great job. Out rallying Togami is not easy lol.
  20. ITTF WTTTC Finals London 2026, 4/28-5/10
