  1. Dignics and its Effect on Sales of Tenergy and Rozena

I wonder what are these scratch code Butterfly rubbers in China. I bought a few of them and they are 100% legit. But why they have rounded corners and the serial code scratched, repackaged etc... it's a bit bizarre. When I first buy it I was a bit concerned coz I can tell legit butterfly rubbers...

  3. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

I might be going mad, but I bought a provincial H3N 37 red for backhand. I just glued it I didn't boost or anything. It's quite fast and bouncy and stable... what is happening? Spinny too... Amazing for blocking and open ups and receive and banana flick. I'm not gonna say it's faster than...

I sure hope so, he's like a lucky charm or mascot for the site in my eyes. He's just being a gentleman. I don't see how he caused trouble. I don't think it's fair to blame him for others flaming his controversial topics. If you see past that I think he is literally an angel.

I hope he didn't get banned. Even tho he posts semi troll topics I still miss his shenanigans. All I see is discussion about booster yet he's not coming. 😢

  7. Yinhe PRO-01G: is green arylate better?

The green ALC blade retails about 400rmb in China. In reference the blue ALC is about 200rmb.
  8. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

Need to update my initial post, but it's hard since I use a different blade, which means a different weight, balance, blade face shape, every wood ply is different, only the outer ALC is "the same". My first assessment was with a Xiom Ice Cream AZX Pro blade, but I would like to revisit what a...
  9. Wood grain orientation impacts on play?

What I really don't get about this, Stiga makes 3 different Cybershape Carbon blades at different price points. In the top pic, that is the Truls edition, which is the most expensive. They have a cheaper CWT edition and an even cheaper "original" Cybershape Carbon. If the blade comes out a bit...
  10. New Stiga blades: Luma and i1

Is it like this? Because this is just about Stiga brand being from Sweden, not the blade. This is the Made in Sweden endtag:
  11. New Stiga blades: Luma and i1

The Inspira Plus had Guangdong, China as county of origin. The box states South Korea. Its either SK or Stiga are lying.
  12. Are all ALC blades the same?

Seems like even Butterfly forgot about Effort, or just too low a production run for them to count. That being said I have seen more Effort blades than Cofferlait and Iolite combined ┐(´∀`)┌ Oh, and I remembered Mizutani used to play with basically Maze blade with a Mizuntani paintjob on it...
  13. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

When I glued the Cuifeng on my W968 it felt pretty darn good to me. I would encourage you to try it on W968. From my Taiwania I moved it my cuifeng to a softer and slower blade which is pretty much a Viscaria and it felt more bouncy. I think it's worth a try.
  14. SP Carbon (Seth Pech Carbon)

Ooof, 175USD for basically a Loki made TB ALC when the Butterfly blade is 185USD. I don't think it will sell too well. Better value in sending the guy a 25-50USD donation and buying a second hand TB ALC 🌚

  17. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

For sure Pinyi Cuifeng has more potential than Quanshibao F1 or rxton7, more spin, more snappy topsheet and it is indeed more difficult to use. Especially difficult to use in a small venue and in outer carbon blade. I noticed this in China too. In bigger venues it felt great on xiom azx pro, big...
  18. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

No, get the ones without the glue layer and Zhou You. When you peel off the plastic from the glue layer the glue will come off and you will start cursing so avoid the glue layer.
  19. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

From Rxton 7? Get 40 degree national version. Avoid the others that have a glue layer. The glue layer is a pain in your butt, just get national without it.
  20. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

Rxton 9 for me feels too hard, the 40.5 deg is hard not that fast, tho in short game is was very good, i think probably the best rubber I ever tried, but the arc was very flat. Granted my opponent hated it, said it's extremely quirky rubber. Rxton 7 has great speed, good contact length, the...
