  1. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

I think quanshibao F1 and Rxton 7 are the best picks. If you want something like K3 the the Rxton 7 is just about there, if you want something more like H3 BS then quanshibao F1. Pinyi Cuifeng might have more potential than both of these but more difficult to use I think. I will soon go back to...
  2. Quan Shi Bao is amazing

I wouldn't boost them either, I never boosted F1, and it's not that hard. The 08 I'm not sure about I didn't try it, but I guess it should be faster and softer. If you feel like you wanna boost later the option is there.
  3. why wait to dry the glue?

I tried wet glue with Sueke no2 and while it's a strong glue with this method the bond on my blade was extremely weak. Granted I didn't use these tools but I have home made "clicky" press, which actually used bolts and nuts to tighten, so not all that different to these tools. I can imagine a...
  4. Best budget rubber for BH?

On BH it's comparable to ESN or Butterfly. On FH side I did destroy 2 sheet. One bubbled the other topsheet was torn. The ball made mini tears. On BH side I never had any issues.
  5. Best budget rubber for BH?

Did anyone mention yasaka hovering dragon medium soft? It's not only a budget option it's just a great BH rubber in any price range. It's even good among Dignics perf range. Very light rubber too.
  6. Quan Shi Bao is amazing

I used it mostly on Xiom Ice Cream AZX Pro and Stiga Inspira Plus, both koto, outer ALC blades. Well the F1 topsheet and general feel is more like a H3 BS that is like 50-60% boosted, the contact time is quite long, the sponge is only a little bouncy but it eats the ball a lot. Vega China has...
  7. Quan Shi Bao is amazing

Maybe for a sec it holds the ball. I think F1 and Pinyi Cuifeng are both good picks. Maybe F1 is nicer to use and Cuifeng has a bit more potential. Really hard to make a choice among them. I tried Vega China and while it's a great rubber the topsheet is not as good as F1.
  8. Quan Shi Bao is amazing

It has tacky topsheet, but some topsheet grip the ball better than others. I feel with sticky ESN rubbers they don't grip the ball so much, I tried quite tacky Chinese rubbers that also felt like they don't grip the ball very well. While F1 I wouldn't consider to be very sticky, in fact it's...
  9. DHS fans unite!

I usually use the white sheet that comes on the glue side of the Neo H3 😂 B3 purple is actually available in 40.5, 41 and 41.5 hardness too on taobao and the 40.5 and 41.5 are 30 rmb more expensive for some reason. The 40 deg doesn't feel hard at all, I kinda wanna get the 41.5 degree
  10. Just Butterfly Glayzer (on backhand)

I'm not sure if I remember right but I think they claimed the abrasion resistance is the same as Dignics. But the topsheet is very similar, it chips on the edges the same, the grip is the same, durability is the same. It would be nice to know what is the difference besides the sponge hardness.
  11. Quan Shi Bao is amazing

I played the P1 but not the S1. The P1 is heavy and hard and for sure needs boost, without it it's very difficult. I think F1 is just right. I like it more than Vega China since the topsheet is more grippy. Actually I might glue it on my main racket since I am now curious how it compares to...
  12. DHS fans unite!

Yes, prov. I have no idea why it happens. My best guess is what ttarc is saying, that the booster does it. Maybe it goes thru the sponge and contacts the rubber and kills it.
  13. DHS fans unite!

I also used the Haifu 2, 2 thin layers as well. And on the beginning of the 2nd week I already felt the slip. I tried several balls, DHS, joola prime, joola flash... All slipped. Rxton 7 I didn't boost at all and I don't have problem with that. I sure hope B3 won't do it, so far it didn't. You...
  14. DHS fans unite!

Why is that I boost H3N OS or BS just right and it feels great, I break it in it feels even better and then the topsheet just starts slipping? I'm talking about a 2 week old H3 topsheet, it has no marks or nothing but the topsheet slips the ball crazy. And I feel it during play it is causing me...
  15. The Egg - Taiwania blade review

This review won't be very popular since it's about a basically unknown manufacturer from Taiwan that no one has heard of, and a lot of things are niche about the blade. I got ahold of the blade while I visited TW and by great luck I met with some people who introduced me to it and I won't say...
  16. Why did DHS skipped 4, 5, 6, 7?

H8-80 is broadly available in black too. H8-20 might be only in red, or at least I never saw black before. Actually I wonder more about the approved rubber registration number logic of DHS. Why is H3's registration number 108 or H8's 54 etc. Normally manufacturers go in order of release of the...
  17. Why did DHS skipped 4, 5, 6, 7?

You're both right. Hurricane 8 with the #25 sponge didn't become popular. But some pros do use H8-20 and H8-80. So the topsheet is not a flop.
  18. TT11 Blind Rubber Test

That would have been the best, but it's more cost too. If they at least mix one ESN with one Butterfly rubber it would have already been better than what they did.
  19. TT11 Blind Rubber Test

They only used 2 blades. D05 and Z03 are on the same and MXP and A2 on the other. They should have mixed them so the weight would be more similar. Of course also depends on the blade, but should have chosen 2 which are about the same weight.
  20. Dignics and its Effect on Sales of Tenergy and Rozena

But Glayzer lasts so much longer, the price difference is well justified. Maybe ordinary people don't know that.
