According to 247tabletennis they signed contracts with DHS. Both swapped out their backhand rubber some time ago too. Both are using Hurricane 3 OS now on bh. But i lack an official source or statement for that. It is pretty save so assume so though.

I really wish to see a flat surface after a "carefully brushed layer of glue". This will be impossible. You might be able to reduce uneven surfaces to a certain extent, but never completely. Sadly i dont know your previous blade so i cant give a decent alternative. in terms of small handles, i have the same issue. My finger are ridiculous short and my hands are pretty small overall and i do well with DHS TG 506x which is their viscaria clone.
