  5. What will the Stiga rubbers be called?

In the other thread, I suggested that Stiga take advantage of Sweden's good name in TT history by using a word from the Swedish language. I suggest välgörande meaning, advantage.
  6. Stiga to launch 3 new rubbers in May 2013

Maybe we should suggest some TTD names to Stiga. A brand name like 'Tenergy' sounds familiar while being totally new, thus unique. Sweden as a brand is very strong in TT circles so I think they should use a word from the Swedish language. For my suggestion, I googled the Swedish word for...
  7. Ma Long's Super Match Point Forehand!

Pah! I do that in my sleep.
  8. Rubber Advice Needed!

Nothing is faster than Sriver. It's a matter of how good your technique is to get the amount of speed and spin necessary for the situation. Bluefire makes it easier to get big spin and speed than Sriver. But it all comes down to how much practice you put in. There is no easy path and no...
  9. Chinese TT behind the scenes

That $714m sounds low to me. The USA for example, probably spends far more overall on sports. It's just that it's done more through private industry investment & sponsorship than directly by government.
  10. Rubber Advice Needed!

Donic Bluefire M2 on both sides. It's a more natural progression from Sriver than Tenergy. And cheaper too. But whatever you do, don't change the rubber. It takes about 3 months of normal regular play to fully get used to the nuances of any new rubbers.
  11. Donic Bluefire

It' a substitute in that it is a viable option. The stroke mechanism is subtly different to playing with Tenergy. It's closer to a mildy speed-glued Sriver.
  12. Donic Bluefire

Low level player's impression. M2 is a high quality rubber that I think is well suited to mortal players. I know that most players like to call themselves aggressive loopers. But let's face the truth, most times they are pushing, making hurried half-strokes at topspin or tentative blocks. M2 is...
  13. which one should i buy?

It's obvious. Buy the Viscaria as the name is just so cooool. ZJK is WC and OLy champion using that blade. Also buy a Stiga Allround +T05 both sides. You may be surprised at what you'll find.
  14. Tenergy80

the marketing will go like this It will be faster and spinnier than all present Tenergy rubbers but will have even more control.
