  1. Alternative to boosted DHS Provincial Hurricane 3

Hi. I'm used to playing with H3N 39-41 deg and 729 battle II Prov/Prov Gold, and I recently bought a couple of Loki rubbers. The Loki Arthur Asia and Loki N80.What I experienced was that the Arthur Asia wasn't at all as tacky and grippy as H3N, but the sponge is very hard. Too hard for me. And...
  2. Why are rubbers so expensive?

Yep. We had that in Sweden since beginning of 2018 :(
  3. Why are rubbers so expensive?

This one (729 Focus III Snipe) is really nice, but it's unfortunately not a tensor rubber. Good control, spin and light weight. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1608620179.html . And quite cheap. 44-46 deg could be fine for forehand. Nice Chinese blades, for example Yinhe V-14 PRO and DHS Power...
  4. Chinese rubbers getting wet problem

Hi. I had the same problem this autumn, playing in an arena I never visited before. In the morning everything felt great, but the longer the day passed my brush looping started to lose effect. My team reached the finals in this tournament, but when I played my matches I had no grip at all in my...
  5. Table Tennis Robot

I have ordered the RoboPong 2055 and expecting it to arrive today, but I have no experience in these robots. I just compared the ones I found to eachother and came to the conclusion, that this one is the one with the most functions/price and it's a well known brand. It's cheaper than the...
  6. Anyone tried Xiom Tau II?

Great. Never been here before. Lots of stuff and good prices :) Thanx
  7. Anyone tried Xiom Tau II?

I ordered it from https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000960363446.html . I have always got good stuff from PlayaPingPong. :)
  8. Anyone tried Xiom Tau II?

Great. No, I'm not into boosting. Trying to keep it simple. :) I feel that the H3N doesn't give me enough speed sometimes away from the table. I can't brush the ball long enough, and ends up almost doing a flat lift to get it over the net :) This might sometimes come out of not having enough...
  9. Anyone tried Xiom Tau II?

Sorry. I found this just now. https://www.tabletennisdaily.com/forum/showthread.php?22740-Xiom-Tau-II Great review Yogi_bear :)
  10. Anyone tried Xiom Tau II?

Hi. I'm using DHS Hurricane 3 NEO 41 deg and 729 Battle Provincial Gold on forehand now. Anyone here who have tried the Xiom Tau II and can do a comparison to H3N and B2? It looks a bit interesting... :)
  11. Seeking OFF inner carbon blade with good feel / control

DHS Power G 5X is quite nice and not too fast...
  12. San Francisco looking for training partner.

No, at the time I think I used the Yinhe MC-4 and 729 V6, perhaps a tiny bit slower.
  13. changing H3 NEO 37/ 2.15 to H3 NEO 40/2.15...........

It's a different bounce. :) Perhaps it has something to do with that the top sheet is softer than in the H3N rubbers, and it's less spin sensitive, but blocking was great for me with F3S. For a While I altered between TinArc 3 and F3S, but I must say that I found the F3S a bit better in all...
  14. San Francisco looking for training partner.

I didn't find either one lively at all. The 3-50 with some TinArc like sponge felt quite dead, and the H3N 37 deg was a bit better for forehand looping game, but the harder the better kick you get out of it. Maybe they work fine on a really fast blade?
  15. San Francisco looking for training partner.

    I had a 3-50 2.1mm 37 deg with a weight of 46g cut to a normal blade. Didn't weigh mu 37 deg, but a 38 deg was 49g cut.
  16. changing H3 NEO 37/ 2.15 to H3 NEO 40/2.15...........

I'm a guy with, let's say, not the best backhand technique. Though I'm used to H3N 39-41 deg on forehand, I'm not able to use softer versions for backhand in a good way. I tried the 37 & 38 deg on forehand, but it's no good. The speed is slower, and no kick/catapult as you get with the harder...
  17. changing H3 NEO 37/ 2.15 to H3 NEO 40/2.15...........

    Isn't that the 3-50 version?
  18. Welcome to TableTennisDaily 2.0 - Bug Report

Hi again. It's not quite clear for me where to add a review for a rubber that's not already present in your rubber database. Can you please point me in the right direction?
  19. Welcome to TableTennisDaily 2.0 - Bug Report

Hi. I'm not able to edit my equipment review. I have tried with both Edge and Chrome. Just a blank screen.
  20. Hurricane 3 NEO

4 out of 5 rating for Hurricane 3 NEO This (commercial version) is one of the best forehand rubbers for me. I'm playing strokes with full body movement, and brush looping a lot, aiming for turning most back spin balls with a powerful loop. Now I have tried a lot of forehand rubbers in various...
