  1. Maple and walnut cases

will you consider $150 for the dark wood one?
  2. Victas Koji Matsushita ZC DEF blade

I have both the ST and the FL handle blade and I noticed the straight has a mutch better balance in hand. It is easyer to serveand because the hand slips up more on the rubber (the wings are more abrupt). Also twdling is easyer with the ST handle. The ST is 1/8 of an inch shorter than the FL and...
  3. Victas Koji Matsushita ZC DEF blade

Here is my second one! ST handle and lower 83 gram weight. ST handle looks kinda short compared to the FL one.
  4. Victas Koji Matsushita ZC DEF blade

Are you positive the top is Koto and not Limba?
  5. Victas Koji Matsushita ZC DEF blade

Going back to my original question, anybody can comment on the structure of this blade? I only kow that it is a inner fibre and I belive the core is Ayous wood... I'm inerested in the top and median ply.
  6. Victas Koji Matsushita ZC DEF blade

After a couple of days of play I can confirm that "RGo" is right about the power of this blade. I can confidently loop on my forehand with almost the same power as my viscaria attacking blade using the same Joola Tronix ZGR rubber and I get crazy spin on the ball with pinpoint accuracy. On the...
  7. Victas Koji Matsushita ZC DEF blade

I have not checked for the frequency of the blade but I will do it at the next reglue or rubber change. What I can tell for sure that it feels soft and has long dwell time. My forehand rubber is extra hard at 57.5 deg and I can still bend my loops easyly if needed.
  8. Victas Koji Matsushita ZC DEF blade

I just got a Victas Koji Matsushita ZC and I was wondering If anybody knows the exact construction of the blade? I really like this blade so I try to understand what makes it so pleasent to play with. My setup is Joola Tronix ZGR on FH and Viktas Curl P1V on BH. I got the FL handle and the...
  9. Upcoming Joola rubbers

Is there a second ZGX rubber coming from joola?
  10. Upcoming Joola rubbers

I play Tronix ZGR on my forehand and Dynaryz ZGR on my backhand on Butterfly Viscaria and Victas Black Balsa 7.0 for some time. Tronix ZGR is very low throw and a bit slower than Dynaryz ZGR and it is not suitable for backhand in my opinion due to its hardness but it fits just fine my forehand...
  11. Any thinner blades provide the similar feel as the 1-ply hinoki blade?

I will recommend trying 3+2 hinoki/carbon/kiri blades. Butterfly has some in that class. Primorac Carbon is what Timo Boll is using now. The outer Hinoki is 1.2mm so you will retain the soft Hinoki feel at least at low to medium impact...
  12. Butterfly Hinoki/T5000/Kiri blades

Lately I noticed Timo Boll switched to Primorac Carbon blade and it had good results in the German League. I have been playing mostly with Viscaria for the last couple of years and just turning 50 I realized my quickness is not there anymore. I transitioned to hard and low throw hybrid rubbers...
  13. Dynaryz ZGR vs Rakza Z Extra Hard

Yes that is right. I was surprised as well. All rubbers except the butterfly has been purchased from tabletennis11 so I trust they are legit. I also measured more than one time. If I ever get another sheet I will check again but it is to great of a difference to be blamed on variations in the...
  14. Dynaryz ZGR vs Rakza Z Extra Hard

Keep in mind that each manufacturer is using their own scale just like I measured using my own durometer what may or may not be completly accurate but the main reason for creating this table is to compare the different rubbers from different brands and see how they relate to each other. Also the...
  15. Dynaryz ZGR vs Rakza Z Extra Hard

Unfortunately no, I have not tested Hammond Z2 yet.
  16. Dynaryz ZGR vs Rakza Z Extra Hard

Sorry for the incomplete table but I guess I was lazy measuring some of the rubbers weight or I forgot before gluing...
  17. Dynaryz ZGR vs Rakza Z Extra Hard

I have this table I created for some of the rubbers I played with including rubber hardness and sponge harness.I will try to add it here shortly. Speed is dependent on the blade you are using so for me it was not a factor. Most hard rubbers will give you whatewer you put in so if people are...
  18. Dynaryz ZGR vs Rakza Z Extra Hard

The Joola Dynaryz ZGR is more direct so it feels faster to me.
  19. Dynaryz ZGR vs Rakza Z Extra Hard

I'm familiar with both rubbers and I tested both on at least 3 different blades (Butterfly Viscaria, Stiga Cybershape Carbon, Pimple Park Impetus, and some others) They are both tacky hard rubbers. I used 00 scale durometer to measure the hardness of the sponge and topsheet and the Joola Dynaryz...
