In response to China reiterated appeal, EQC did made an unanimous decision to introduce the minimum limit of dynamical traction for all the anti's. Manufacturers all were emailed accordingly and instructed to "mitigate the destructive effect of the frictionless sandwich rubbers," anties category included.

Those "revised" editions of antie's do have somewhat a greater amount of grippiness therein and can only be detected with instruments eg. drag-and-push dynamometer.

Yes, ITTF did de-facto granted manufacturers a permission to produce and market anti rubbers with a different topsheet so as to comply with the new requirement of minimum CoF > 0.3.

-- no rename for the revised rubbers is required. Those rubber renewals look just the same, but the surface grippiness got revised to a greater end.

Ironically a true Frictionless Anti actually produces the minimum amount of 'chaotic ball bounce' and 'randomness', because the spin returned is actually entirely predictable... you get your own spin back.

It seems Fair Play is barely feasible unless we can bring friction quality of Anti and Pimple-In racket coverings under control.,

Thank God, our dream came now true, we got now Friction Tester ready-to-use for any competition.
Type ➊ was constructed on the intention to check out pimpled rubbers in situ.
Type ➋ gonna to detect the substandard Anti, if any.
