In response to China reiterated appeal, EQC did made an unanimous decision to introduce the minimum limit of dynamical traction for all the anti's. Manufacturers all were emailed accordingly and instructed to "mitigate the destructive effect of the frictionless sandwich rubbers," anties category included.

Those "revised" editions of antie's do have somewhat a greater amount of grippiness therein and can only be detected with instruments eg. drag-and-push dynamometer.

For example, here is actual measurement of the dynamical friction CoF with a "flanti anti" rubber

Dr. Neubauer ABS 2 (original) -- 0.28
--------- " ------- АВS 2 (revision) -- 0.40

Yes, ITTF did de-facto granted manufacturers a permission to produce and market anti rubbers with a different topsheet so as to comply with the new requirement of minimum CoF > 0.3.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
-- no rename for the revised rubbers is required. Those rubber renewals look just the same, but the surface grippiness got revised to a greater end.

If they are indeed proposing a change, surely this needs to be put to a vote at the AGM, so that the users of such rubber get a say?

The wording above sounds like 'Igor wording', not official ITTF wording.

Ironically a true Frictionless Anti actually produces the minimum amount of 'chaotic ball bounce' and 'randomness', because the spin returned is actually entirely predictable... you get your own spin back.

if you want, I can make a Tony's wording and make a screen shot on how ITTF will approve the use of boosters

It seems Fair Play is barely feasible unless we can bring friction quality of Anti and Pimple-In racket coverings under control.,

Thank God, our dream came now true, we got now Friction Tester ready-to-use for any competition.
Type ➊ was constructed on the intention to check out pimpled rubbers in situ.
Type βž‹ gonna to detect the substandard Anti, if any.

Also, we constructed an adjustable inclined stand for our experimental works. Besides, we're much grateful to our China Β©Yinhe friends for landing testing materials up to our needs.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE. WHITE LABEL.

A special white label (sticker) shall be attached on every pack once the original topsheet got updated in accordance with ITTF Standards. This white label is foremost designed for the good of our customers. This white label should be a particular help if you play an umpired competition under Racket Control.

WHITE LABEL TO INDICATE THE UPDATED ANTI RUBBERS FROM ORIGINAL.
