Yeah, I wasn't following TT at the time but I can see how having a player who had a good chance of winning against the Chinese would make things much more interesting!

Waldner's worst loss. His great rival at the time was Liu. He admitted after this match that he lost concentration as he was thinking about the next match which was against Liu.
Crazy.
