Huh, you made me double check if I have the right rubber, but yea I have a Guang and when I tried a club members 09c didn't feel anything like it, might've been a difference in the blades. Did you test them on the same blade?

Guang is a little harder but it's also slightly tacky and about the same speed as 09C. What did you find different?

Mine is not tacky at all. And it wasn't tacky when it was brand new either.

A friend of mine at the club has a sheet and I played with it. It feels nice. Not sure it is a D09c alternative. I just remember it is grippy but not tacky.

Well according to Xiom it's supposed to be tacky. But I agree it didn't feel tacky to me either.
