Hi,
Is there anyone in this forum using a Yinhe V-14 Pro? A friend of mine is selling his V-14 Pro and I am interested because it seems so have a simillar composition to Vis and TB ALC but sadly I cannot test it due to the quarantine since he is in a different city. It would be great if you guys give a review or insights

Thank you

I have used it recently and it used to be my back up blade. The one I got was very high quality, but it was a very stiff. Stiffer then my viscaria, but the feeling was still 60-70% similar to the viscaria. I think it is a great blade to own, its not exactly similar to viscaria or TB ALC but close enough with great performance.

Thank You for your input. I see that you are using a Hurricane Long 5x Blade. Speedwise is the v-14 pro faster than the 5x? or the thicker core of the 5x makes it faster than the outer carbon layer blade (v-14 pro)?

I'd say that the 5x is definitely not as fast as any outer carbon blade, although I do feel that it is faster then other inner carbon blade from what I've tested. The biggest dislike I have about the 5x is that because it has a thicker core, I feel like some of the feeling is lost and it takes more time to understand the blade.

So, v14 pro is definately faster. Also, I mispoke about the v-14 pro in comparison to Viscaria, after thinking about it, I think instead of 60-70 %similar, I'd say its more or less 80% similar but in the end, every blade is different so its up to you to decide. I still stand by the other points I said earlier
