Unless he's changed since, Tiago Apolonia has been using Dignics 05 on both sides since the beginning of the year.

For me it looks like fastarc g1 50-55 on esn scale sponge and
Very elastic topsheet maybe made by TSP, so it looks like hybrid brand
Of nittaku(esn) and victas/tsp made for ... Butterfly.
