Are Felix and WCQ good tactically?

Obviously they have overall good skills, but never felt like their plays are too thougthful or interesting. Like they are just plain better at the basic playing skills and reading the incoming balls. What do you think? Who are some players who you think are great at tactics but it's not obvious? (for example Trurls and Anders are obviously good tactical players)
