He is a talented 11 year old. I guess he was nervous in the first sets, he actually have nice strokes!

Unlike other Bundesliga clubs, who have decent players in their second/third/... teams, Grenzau has no semi-professional players. So if three of the five Bundesliga players are unavailable they don't have any alternatives.
Kubik was injured, Mladenovic apparently has a viral disease and Baum is currently in Russia.
Börner is one of their best players after the top 5. I think Hugo was aware of the situation and wasn't angry about it.
