To me it looked like the sponge broke below the pips and not the adhesive. The pips had small sponge parts on them on the failed rubbers I had.
For me the topsheet came clean off the sponge. Both sponge and topsheet were in great condition despite 4 or 5 months of use. Wish I had taken a picture.

You might want to give the new batches of LAC a try since it's looking more likely (to me at least) that they've fixed the poor topsheet adhesion issue. If the bond is as strong as the new Rxton 9 and 3 Blue sheets I've gotten, we might be even able to safely boost it.
that sounds interesting ! but now I've gotten used to H3 H41 I find the softer sponges lacking in speed

Hurricane 3 with speed glue ;)

But in whats legal, hurricane 3 boosted 2/3 times big. its not a matter of "do you have a chinese technique" to say whether this rubber is good or not.

It's, if your topspin has good body use, good reliable spin with wrist use and good arm length to generate good enough momentum, you will certainly love hurricane. It's a harder sticky rubber. Think of it like a tight trampoline vs a loose trampoline (tenergy and ESN rubbers typically)

The tight trampoline suits the strong enough boy/gal who can fall down on it strong enough to get that trampoline to explode them back up. Downside of it is that if you are not strong enough physically, you'll not get much out of the tight trampoline. The soft trampoline will allow for weaker people to get at least some rebound out of it, but you'll never get a big rebound.

When playing medium - hard power shots, hurricane will feel amazing if you spin the ball. On touch shots and those that need control (serve and receive), its stickness also allows the ball to stay longer on the rubber and have more control.

You don't get this best of both worlds from really any other rubber

Im thinking on buying it for my fh I have a tornado V5 you think it would be a good upgrade ? Also is it fast and spinny like everyone say ?
It's a relatively big upgrade over V5.

It's not fast like a tensor rubber. But it is a bit faster than unboosted H3. It's slower than Jupiter 3 or Big Dipper

I like to attack and defend on the forehand, you think it would be better for me to get the Loki or the big dipper ? ( I'm looking for a rubber faster and spinner than the tornado but not as fast as the AK-47 red )
