I could not resist... 2 more cheap rubbers:

Sueke Phantom Attack II green sponge, black surface, 40 degrees, measured 52 shore O. 66.5g uncut, without foil. Topsheet has the same thickness and pips dimensions as H3 OS, it is softer, but not like TDE. The stickiness is low - can hold the ball for 2-3 seconds. The sponge is factory boosted and has a strong "729" smell, that is mostly gone after a month. There is a hint of tensor effect, let's say, similar to 2 layer boosted H3 38 OS. The throw is between OS and BS, closer to BS. Speed is below boosted H3 OS and 739 Broken Boundaries. There is no indication of surface oxidation, but some marks appear after 6 hours of play, so I don't expect to have the durability of H3 and B3. The rubber plays well allround stile on FH and BH. Short game and chopping are quite controllable and easy. Openings are slow and spiny. Blocks lack control. The spin is easy to access, but the maximum level is lower than H3. It can be a cheap H3 OS alternative, especially for defensive purposes.

729 Hunyuan black sponge, black surface, mid-hard, measured 52 degrees shore O. Same topsheet and sponge feel as 729 BB (Broken Boundaries). Rare horizontal pips orientation, low weight, 62g uncut. IMO, it is the same rubber with a different sponge color. Currently, at €10 is easily the best price/performance rubber.

For sure Pinyi Cuifeng has more potential than Quanshibao F1 or rxton7, more spin, more snappy topsheet and it is indeed more difficult to use. Especially difficult to use in a small venue and in outer carbon blade. I noticed this in China too. In bigger venues it felt great on xiom azx pro, big in small venue it felt hard.

Dragging the ball along B3 surface feels oily and slippery. B3 is next to new and cleaned only with water. Same story with 729 BB...

Hot & humidity affects a lot sticky Chinese rubbers.

H3 for me doesn't do well in humid conditions... That's why I was so excited seeing your praise of 729 BB. I'm still wanting to try 729 BB though! TTArc said B3 does well in humidity environments:

Otherwise, for me the B3's topsheet is also definitely one of the best out there. Grip even when looking like ... and needs less adaptation than e.g. H3 when playing in cold/hot and/or high humidity venues.

I just switched to an inner-carbon (from stiff one-ply hinoki) and trying to pair it with a good chinese tacky like H3, but I was hoping to minimize boosting. Right now I just put on my old Skyline TG3 OS 39deg, but it feels so like weird. Sometimes I can loop well, but most of the time I feel like the rubber is muting the feeling, and doesn't have the H3 catching feel. After reading this thread and researching, I ordered PINYI Cui Feng BS to try after reading Zwill's comment on how it might pair better with inner-carbon. But 729 BB also sounds amazing too so I may order that too to try...

@belllfador @Zwill sorry to bother but um what do you guys think for pairing with inner-carbon (W968)?

When I glued the Cuifeng on my W968 it felt pretty darn good to me. I would encourage you to try it on W968. From my Taiwania I moved it my cuifeng to a softer and slower blade which is pretty much a Viscaria and it felt more bouncy. I think it's worth a try.

A couple of the high-level players at the club said for me to just go to a hybrid like Dignics 09c, Bluegrip J, K3, etc. But idk, I've always used tacky chinese (cheaper H3 derivatives lol).
One of them is letting me try Glayzer 09c (I haven't put it on yet). So as I wait for the Cuifeng to arrive, I'll test this Glayzer 09C.

729 BB has a lower throw than H3 at the same hardness. That can be an issue on stiffer blades. I played with a defensive blade that had more flex than inner carbon and the rubber was manageable. With W968 will require some effort, but at that price it is worth trying.

TG3 topsheet is made from the same rubber as H3, so will have the same issues with humidity and possible surface oxidation. I like it because of the spin capability, other characteristics are worse than H3. I am speaking for provincial blue sponge TG3.

G09C was too springy and too high throw for me. Spin was lower than H3. If you like it, consider LAC as a cheaper equivalent. Again, I am not a fan of it, but many ppl like it.

Hі, Glayzer 09C is a pretty good rubber, especially for its price. It has a very grippy topsheet, high angle, light weight, good wear resistance (better than many European rubbers). Of the disadvantages, it is relatively not very fast.
If someone is used to faster rubber, then Dignics 09C will be better.
Out of the box, G09C is quite fast, but after a while it slows down.
As an option, G09C can be slightly boosted and its speed will become better. After a thin layer of seamun, the speed becomes higher, but the sponge feels oaky. Therefore, I also added a thin layer of vaseline oil to the sponge, which softens it.

That's what I fear wwill be the case; too springy and high throw for me. And I'm like not too keen on LAC since I've tried Rxton 9 and another Loki rubber before and they didn't feel that good to me. But! I was using a 1-ply hinoki so it most definitely would be different on the w968.

I think slower is better in my case as I'm needing to do heaps of work in developing my strokes. Especially since I'm switching to an inner-carbon from using 1-ply hinoki. But I'm afraid it still will be too springy and high-throw for me, like it was for Mr. Belllfador. I mean I could just stick with it and eventually adjust.
