Blade recommendations

Looking for an all wood blade with a koto outer and thin handle. Anyone know of any?

Donic Persson Powerplay. 7-ply all-wood blade with total thickness of only 5.9 mm. It has koto outer ply. But the handle is regular. I will not consider it small or thin, but average.

Avalox P500. 5 ply all-wood blade with total thickness of 5.7 mm. It has koto outer ply. Again, the handle is regular. I will not consider it thin.

Same composition with Avalox P500 is ITC Dynarc T5. Koto (burned or thermal treatment) outer ply. Again, handle is regular.

Hi,

If I remember correctly, the following blades have a koto outer ply

• DHS PG-9
• Butterfly Timo Boll W7
• Stiga Offensive Classic

Not sure, about the handle thickness, but, I think DHS blade would have a comparatively thinner handle.

Hurricane Hao 2. Pricey but really really good feel. It’s a bit faster than Acoustic due to the Koto top ply

Stiga Offensive Classic apparently has a thin limba outer ply. I also thought it was koto, and this is the blade I have been using for a year now, but someone on this forum said that this is only the really old ones that have it. I have now bought a Avalox P500, but I am not goint to make the swap for maybe half a year or something. PS! I really love using the Yasaka Rakza Z on forehand on the Stiga OC.
