Blade Sealing with Haifu Seamoon?

Second question: Can a Yacht varnish be used as a sealer? Maybe it can be diluted with thinner?

It's not a boat dude. You'll make the blade stiff as a rock, there's specific sealant made from companies, they're very thin and work well for blades. Boat sealant will ruin the blade.

Some people do use haifu for sealing and they swear by it. Haven't tried it.

That is not seamoon he is using, it is haifu "speedglue" or VOC based glue. (you can still buy it as Haifu Dolphin or whatever the name of it)
The VOC solvent evaporates quickly so it doesn't do weird things with your top ply, (especially limba like in the video) so it protects the top ply from splintering.

You can absolutely use yacht varnish and it will seal your blade really well but it's probably a bit overkill. If you are a professional or a player with an incredibly deft touch then you may notice a difference in hardness of the blade using yacht varnish but in it is unlikely.
Never heard of booster being used as a sealant, can't really imagine why you wouldn't just use a regular wood sealer tbh

On another note: I wouldn't ever consider using booster and such chemicals on the wood directly, if it can curl the rubbers and sponges like this, what would do to the glue that sticks the fine wood layers together? would it be safe?

Yacht varnish, specifically gelcoat, is designed to be a thick layer and protect against bumps.
Gelcoat is still slightly flexible, actual varnish less so.
I would not use either on a blade, but if you somehow managed to get it on thin enough it will probably be ok

I've also heard it recommended to use Haifu Speedglue as a sealant.

I haven't tried it yet though...as all my blades don't seem to be splintering anyways.

Not all kind of woods are the same. Some are easier to splinter, some not. Some manufacturers seal their blades, others not. Using Water Glue often (like changing the rubbers often) makes the wood easier to splinter as it becomes softer from water of the water-based glue.
