Ok now I am convinced that you are not an alien from Mars. Look, a lot of us are old enough to have kids older than you so I think we are entitled to a bit of ribbing.
Anyway, I think that is a pretty darn good video. And you are not half bad, not at all. You do seem to be tensing up just a tiny bit. So it would be good if you can mentally train yourself to stay relaxed. Your left arm is also tense and you almost flex your wrist at one stage.
You are taking the ball at pretty much the right time too, very close to the top of the bounce. Nice footwork too. Your thighs are a bit skinny but I think they will fill out.

Personally I would move the waist a bit more and the hips a bit less. This will put less strain on your knees. But I guess at your age that is not a problem. It certainly is for me haha.
I think you have a very good coach, so work with him. He seems to know what he is doing. And yeah, I think you don't have adhd, but hey, that comment got you to reply to us, so it worked! Yay!
Meantime, the girl practicing behind you is not having any fun at all.
