Yes. Keeping it low is more about keeping it at a consistent height with touch and control. That is how you borrow the incoming spin on a ball to push short - you have to stretch the topsheet mostly and not hit too hard into the wood.

Interesting, most my misses were the opposite of hitting too hard into the wood, it started becoming that I wouldn't make contact with the wood and it would skid right off and down.

As for the kid who beat me, he is a kid after all, even though he has beaten opponents higher rated and more experienced than myself. He lost to another 1800 kid he had no business losing to but that is what kids do.

I jut realised this and did a short one at home. got about 28-29 ish. But you cant see the last ones because i have my back towards the cam

Actually, I think upon watching the video with the sound turned on, I am willing to accept the submission as valid as long as you can produce another one with over 30 bounces within the next 24 hours. If so you get 2nd place even if Shuki gets in the match scores before then. If not, your current submission does not count and whatever time your next submission comes in will be the timing of the final submission.

ages ago, i used to bounce off of rubber then bounce off of the edge of the blade ... a friend recently showed me he could bounce off rubber than bounce off the end of his handle

when i go back to my club, if no one on a table, i may try that NL/Freitas bounce off the edge of the table.

Ages ago when YT started, used to be 9-10 limit, you will find many movies or tv episodes chopped up into 9-10 min parts

At some point, did Google buy YT? Well at some point, YT allowed 90mins - 2 hrs if not more

I tried the spin pancake for the first time tonight and I'm pretty sure I bounced the ball off my head more times than I hit the paddle.

Was able to keep the ball bounce against the table going for about a minute after only the 7th or 8th try, though. Funny how you never seem to lose these things once you've mastered them.

I was fortunate I got to see/experience the Der_Echte TT Ambassadorial show in person! Did not even need chicken and beer!!
