Try sticky protector sheets. I use those on 09c ro restore or increase tack.
I did, but it doesn't even last a full session.
My latest is from Global Sports Store on AE, and I've bought a few more orange sponges. I won't open them for a while but if they turn out to be lemons then if I remember I'll report about it.

FWIW my Provincial is dark colored, isn't very reflective and it's almost not tacky at all. Maybe it'll hold the ball for 0.2s. I was disappointed when I touched it the first time, but it plays extremely well. Spin on serves and brushed loops is stupid. The production date is 2025-12, so it's quite old. Were yours older?
I don't remember the dates. I actually have 2 sheets of provincial coming as well from AliE, one from Global Sports Store and one from Table Tennis World Store. I got a sheet of H3 OS from Global Sports Store in May and that was pretty good, I just figured out that I don't like the OS on FH, so hoping they have good stock of H3N BS as well.

In the meantime, I'm gonna try out the Rxton 9 and see if it can be a reasonable substitute. The Rxton 9 Pro sucked, so next up is trying the regular Rxton 9 national.

I am really, really impressed by the Rozena! It really is a much easier Tenergy (I knew that already) but it's so versatile, too... Great for punches, blocks, drives all while keeping the ball well under control. And when I spin, it spins. It really is everything I need in a BH rubber. For me it combines the best bits of Rakza 7 and Fastarc C1 and puts a very pleasant feeling on top of that.

The Glayzer FH, I'm not convinced yet. I kinda regret not getting Rozena on both sides, but Glayzer is a step closer to what I need than what Fastarc G1 was. They're not all too different tbh but Glayzer seems to be a little bit more predictable.
The topsheet is great. Serve is instinctively easy to get the desired placement and spin on. I even did a few reverse pendulum which didn't completely suck. A little bit breaking in of the sponge would be helpful for me.

I'm having a little trouble with too open bat angles (on both sides) but for now I'll attribute it to not having played for a couple of weeks.

If you're okay with non-Neo and 2.15mm, you can buy H3 P BS for quite a bit cheaper from Global Sports Store.

How long did tou let the sheets marinate for? I guess they must have been really crappy.
