@NL , I think you are right on this one, shortly after I knew that I need to change my extremely speedy setup. First forehand rubber was Mark 5 , it is with this I executed my very first top spins. I said you are right because my weapon for winning points was my loop on backspin balls, I actually developed a very bad habit at that time by executing this shot and literally stop playing waiting to see the result that which always to my advantage on low level players and very difficult to players just level or two above my level at that time. I then used Aurus for a while and shortly used FX-P and T80. I liked those two very much, my problem with T80 is short game and the receive on the forehand, I think this is the most unforgiving rubber of all times. However the loop were skinny and deep with high arc. FX-P on the other hand was phenomenal on my forehand but ..and I have no explication for this, it changes its characteristics like after two months or something , it wasn't grippy no more.
I didn't really know if it is the tackiness or the harder sponge is what I like about Chinese rubbers so thanks for that. I was hesitating about trying Target Pro one as it is really expensive but now I think it worth trying the 47 degree version. I'm considering your opinions and I thank you for them. I know if I have to shorten some paths I need to benefit from every possible source of information.

The -P evolutions use a booster that wears off after a period of time. Some people can't stand the way they play after the booster goes, some reboost, some just live with it. If you get the -P Evolution, or a Bluefire M series, smell the rubber, you will smell a sweet smell similar to to Dandoy Bioboost. This is likely what caused your experience.

I haven't tried Target Pro but try to verify it doesn't use the sweet smelling booster or an aggressive booster. You will know if it shrinks after a while. Your problems with Tenergy were very similar to mine, you have to know the behavior is non-linear but if you practice enough with relaxing your hand and cutting the ball with soft touch, or bouncing the ball on your racket to cut the ball with spin on both sides, you will learn how to let the ball rebound and come off with spin. I just decided that non-linear behavior doesn't fit the way I think at all and the change in practice time is too much. But as I get better it is not as hard as it used to be.

The most important thing is to focus on turning the ball and changing the contact point. IT doesn't mean you will like every rubber, but you will be able to adapt quickly and play with more spin. Hitting the ball directly on the back releases the ball too quickly and with too little spin, especially if the ball you are countering is spinny. It takes some practice but you have learn to contact the side sometimes and finish the stroke forward so you don't hook too much but you play a spinny ball.

If Target Pro has a 50 degree version, don't be scared to get it, you may surprise yourself and like it. I also think FX-S will play better for you than FX-P - it is a more linear rubber and the -S series has a different booster that lasts longer.

For I know many of you do not follow my topic with my VHS records, I have to post it here too, because I just do not want you to miss this one!

My christmas gift for you guys is this amazing, funny and great match that took my breath away at that time!

It was 2:1 for Levallois when Legout entered the court to face Schlager. Schlager very relaxed and Legout in just amazing form!
Schlager tryed what he could, but when he saw there is no way to win, he just made him enjoy the game!
And so everyone else!
What a great match with so many great exhibitional rallies!!!

Just a must see match that you will love!
Just wait for that side spin chop smash from Schlager to save the point!

Wife had my back and cleaned up, excessively. Had my first bite of food in 48 hrs, nothing like a 2-3 day fast to detox and help immune system. Wish I coulda made it longer. Will walk around outside, sun will be medicine. Social aspect, I knew some friends would be at the Chinese club on Fruitridge and Power Inn (California table tennis club). Drive was 9 hours, 30 minutes wasn't gunna hurt anything.

Water rice (best comfort food with the complex carbs already broken down)...
If you are like me, the smell of that food that made you sick will bring back memories...

Just got done eating a small bowl of 5 grain rice, with a real healthy shot of Sesame oil and Sesame seeds... was able to drink more after that.

The rice with water mixed to make a kind of gruel is call "Chook" in Korean and I cannot stand it. I would rather charge the hill with a bucket of water than eat that stuff.

Wife is binge watching Korean dramas on her iPad like there is no tomorrow ... CHO ! iPad, the adult pacifier haha. Just anyone try to take away Korean vids from a Korean, instant and very soon finished warfare.

Uh Oh... the NSA Spy Phone is picking up troop movements. All active and sleeper cells of the GOON SQUAD seem to be migrating NORTH !!! Doesn't make any sense. It is too freezing up there for them to cause trouble.

Ah.. NOW it makes sense... Dan and Next Level are up there too !!!

What force of nature would put the Goon Squads to willingly work with the good guys ??

More to follow. This could get good.

Merry christmas everyone!

Anyone know if there is a part of the TT Daily website for folks to ask about serve receive techniques? (Other than this Chit Chat channel)

Because I have problems reading a particular kind of serve. I will also post on this Chit Chat channel, the description of the serve, once I have more time to make up some rough diagrams for describing it...
