I just want to ask if you experience pain in shoulders, deltoid, tennis elbow, forearm or hands, is it because of too much training or WRONG EXECUTION?
I only get pain, usually stiffness, if I don't warm up properly.
But Table Tennis is a physically demanding sport.
It's very common for people to start, get hooked and then training more seriously before developing issues because their bodies are not used to and/or able for the demands.
It all depends on age and physical condition but I'd recommend to everyone to do some physical training to help their game. It can eradicate a lot of the issues people typically encounter.
Even moderate training with light weights can greatly improve strength and endurance.
Stretching exercises can be done regularly too and can also have massive benefits.
That along with a little coaching on technique should help a lot!
