Hi TabletennisDaily members !

i just recently purchased 3 new blades from Fastpaddle.com (so unfortunate that the business is closing) Thank you Fastpaddle.com for fast shipping and such a great deal, you will be missed by many

they were all offered on the website as liquidation, so i couldn't pass it up.

DHS Power G PG7 - $23.38
DHS TG7-AL FL - $48.00
DHS TG 506 7 Ply SHAKEHAND - $69.00

i currently have 2 clippers and one i like more than the other, the one i like i am making it my poly ball set up, so i was on a quest for a good playing blade for the old Cell ball. Hopefully one of these DHS blades will make me happy.

when the package arrived i was so pleased with the quality of DHS blades, i have bought all the big names, Butterfly, Stiga and so on..
what i found is DHS blades for finishing is well above Stiga, but of course butterfly is still king.

DHS is not too far behind, as the handle felt smooth, the finish on the edges were not splintered.

and what i found out to my surprise is the DHS handles are beefy like Stiga's.. some where in between the master and slightly smaller than the legend flare handle.. <-- just perfect

the handle in the TG7-AL FL has a perfect fit in my hands, i don't have to sand anything down and the "Shoulders of the blade was already sanded so i can hold the blade some what up close to the neck of the racket... like a choke grip.. i tend to hold my racket up in that choked grip and like to have the handle extend beyond my bottom palm.. (most of the time on any racket i have to sand the Shoulders to make the handle slightly longer but it also makes the racket more flexible too) this time i don't have to do any of that as all 3 DHS blades have a great shape for the choker grip.

the weight of the blades are shown here.. all 3 were very close to each other in weight

Congrats!!!

I don't care about those blades, but i like DHS items, i have only 1 blade from DHS and it is my fav even over my Butterfly and Stiga blades i have.

Nice images, still have your skills in photography, hope i can get back to it later once i get balanced situations.

HH3 is indeed a great blade. Worth noting PG-13 is cheaper copy, I bought one, I don't know about the other plies but I could notice a slight difference in the Koto ply. Although I'm not entirely sure what diference is to put my fingers on it, but the HH3 does feel like it has a better feel to me. But it's a good copy if you're low on budget.
Also worth noting, PG-7 is the cheap version of Hurricane Long II. TG-7 is inbetween I think?

I see, then what is the cheap copy of Hurricane Long 3 and Hurricane Long 5?

Let me summarize my knowledge,
I know Pg 12 = Hurricane King III, Pg 13 = Hurricane Hao III.
And as mentioned Pg7 with the same composition as Hurricane Long 2.
809feff709cd976f5d04d53741c4e953.png

DHS Hurricane Hao: koto-spruce-ayous-spruce-koto
Long 2: Limba/Ayous/Red Ayous/Ayous/Red Ayous/Ayous/Limba
Long 3: limba/ayous/red ayous/ayous/red ayous/ayous/limba

Those compositions (of Long 2 and Long 3) were found from two diferent sources, so I would presume it's correct. But not sure what makes the difference from 2 - 3... In Which case PG7 is a compositional copy of both. (assuming the info I found is correct)

Long 5, is as far as I know, simply not copied yet.
