Thank you very much my friend but these procedure doesnt "air" the rubbers you just dont play with them in their first two days . To be honest i dont quite understand how a rubber is changing characteristics after 72 hours out of the package and

You're welcome! But airing the rubbers mean that you let them be unplayed somewhere, you can just let them on your bat (unglued) for 2 days or somewhere else, it doesnt matter :)
It will slightly change its characterisitics because of the manufaction of the rubbers which include some chemistry and stuff but that isnt that important!

Do airing a rubber (chinese rubbers) have the effect of "breaking in" the sponge?
Or is it just to tame the ultra-sticky topsheet?


I think airing the rubbers is just for pros that get their equipment tested for vocs before a tournament.
Braking in a Chinese rubber is done by using it.
