Well yes, young Zwill managed to con me into buying the Dingtian blue sponge, he has got shares in the company you see. It plays real nice without boosting.
Then of course everybody is talking about the LAC but I have not yet tried it, waiting for the rxton 3 pink to go on the BH.
I "unearthed" today a Globe 999 and glued it on a loki blade, also no boost and that seems to play alright as well.
It's kinda like : If it works for you - it works for you

BTW. working or not working: here is a Rxton5 red with blue sponge which did NOT work for me at all. So I gave it the treatment. I played tonight at the club and it worked mighty fine 😂

You can try Jupiter 3 40d or Bloom Power 47.

How is the H8-80 with and without booster?

Dunno how it is with booster, because it never came to mind to boost that. The sponge is already porous and sensitive.
Without, it is still quite bouncy. More linear than a tensor, but not as bricky as H3 unboosted for example. Maybe a tad slower than J3 but with a better arc in my experience.

I have ordered LAC and Moon blue (mid hard), but I don't think I'll put moon blue on FH.

So far I have practiced with Rxton 5 for 8 hours, it is good in most department, but I find it difficult to engage the sponge when I try to loop hard (I know it is a technical issue). The quality of brush loops and counter loops are good, I'm sure it is good enough for me even in matches but I am looking for something that feels better

Before Rxton5 I used to have nice girlfriends that felt better, now I apply 1 layer of seamoon
and I feel real good then.

My favorite thing is to take a unimpressive rubber and boost it to make it incredible. The best feeling in the world is when you discover a rubber that reacts tremendously well to booster.

I have found Friendship Aurora Max to completely transform from booster. And Joola ZGR also evolves about 3 stages with booster.

Of course we know a hard H3 also reacts well to booster.

I understand but for me it is just something else to play with. I love toys.
Boosting is just the same job as adding layers of glue only one waits about 8 hours between
applications. Child's play really.

If I were to boost, I would only boost cheap rubbers (<=15 dollars). Spending 60 dollars on a ZGR and I still need to boost it? I am not paying to manufacturers that can't be bothered to factory tune.

Try Aurora max boosted, its incredible. Rxton 5 isnt bad either, both under $15

but like all copy cats, the spin at top gear is still below H3 blue sponge.
But still like it.
The blue is Rxton III Blue.
For both rubbers price tag - not bad.

Why would AC be soft if it is 41d?

Which rubbers do you consider hard enough for FH rubbers? I want to try more hard rubbers. I currently have Rxton 5 41d and H3 41d.

Well already unboosted that rubber doesnt feel as hard as it is advertised. Pretty similar than it is with d09c. I wouldnt boost that rubber and now i have another reason xD.

So how the rubber overall is made, it makes it feel softer than it is.

But D09c feels pretty hard to me, it feels like 41d
