Is it worth to order Rxton 9 via a Transfer seller like superbuy or pandabuy? Or just wait and buy it simply with AliExpress.
you have to wait and see the actual price that comes out on Aliexpress. But you probably won't be saving much or anything through transfer seller.

Especially if you wait for sales and coupons on Aliexpress, which come every couple weeks.

Did you try Rxton 1 special? I want to test it on BH but im debating if i should open it or sell it sealed to a beginner.
no I haven't, but it's supposed to be "super tacky" (which mean just tacky nowadays). So unless you are used to playing with something like H3 37 or normal CJ8000 on BH, I don't think it would be fast enough.

I think it would be better to save it for the beginner. Just borrow it for 5 minutes after they glue it on :)

I must say, that I misjudget Loki Rxton III rubber somewhat. When I assembled a racket with it, its sponge was really dull "out of the box", so I just put it away for several weeks, but today I tried it again, and now it has better feeling and significantly more speed, so it is not nearly as bad as last time - average throw at most, but easy to use now.

The same goes for another racket with Meteor 575 short pips - while that isn't felt dull, but it seemed like if it had a dampening sponge, and it was difficult to use. Now I easily do my shots (including topspins), almost what I want.

After seeing this happening, I may rethink about getting a pair of Rxton V, which I did not bother previously.
I will have more testing sessions with Arthur China - so far I can say, that it performs similarly to Victas Triple Extra. A similarity is the rubber topsheet hardness compared to the sponge hardness (softer, but less of the magnitude) - differences are that the rubber needs somewhat more active strokes to be used effectively, but it is also somewhat more tacky.

How does a rubber gets faster by putting it away? I would have thought that any factory boosting and/or tension in topsheet/sponge will decrease with time and hence make the rubber slower. I can understand why it may feel better because that is subjective.

Actually, it is not quite just putting it away - I have used them on very few sessions, and the trick is maybe that "breaking in" is done not just by using actively the rubber, but using it, then storing. Somehow it happened with many of my Chinese rubbers (only Chinese, not with ESN manufactured rubbers).
I have e.g. Sunflex Zeno, which was super spinny and it has strong rebound only, when I hit it very hard (just like the GeblockTT video shows for it), but later it become much bouncier on its own, and now the speed/spin ratio is much worse.

I've tried Rxton 5 and Rxton 3 blue so I'm familiar with those. Maybe it was due to the 3 layers of baby oil, but Rxton 5 got very soft and mushy on me after less than 20 hours of use. It measured only 48d on my durometer and I didn't feel like reboosting it when the sponge lost its liveliness. But I really liked it for the month or so after the baby oil boosting. I got more spin quality out of it than anything else.

Rxton 3 blue I liked a lot for driving and flatter hitting. It made a great cracking sound and the ball quality was high where my coach had the most trouble blocking it back. But generating spin with it was tricky. The topsheet felt too stiff and brushing with it resulted in a kind of metallic rubbing instead of the grip and hold I get from something like Battle 2. Measuring from the topsheet was 52d and 51d from the sponge, so that tracks with the topsheet stiffness.

I'll give the Rxton 1 Plus a shot if it really is easy to use since I'm looking for more consistency. I like the Battle 2 but it's a bit unforgiving for a beginner like me with the low and long arc when I put power behind my swing.

just here to say that as someone who used battle 2 prov orange sponge for about two years and recently trying out battle 2 prov blue sponge, i wish that i brought the orange sponge instead o_O

can you compare them in more details? What make you prefer B2POS?

B2POS is easier for me to play due to it being slower, remains easy to play even after boosting

B2PBS 39 degrees was great unboosted, maybe a little too hard for me but plays fine. i can make arcs, power and speed adequate, spinny, etc.

but ever since i boosted it with 1 layer of seamoon i find it way harder to make arcing loops with it, it is way harder for me to spin with it in general. all your loops are going to be as straight and fast as a bullet.

maybe its just technique issues but to me i find that the B2PBS doesnt seem to grip the ball well. semi-tacky but sometimes the ball either slips into the floor/net or flies to the sky when you contact it. i feel like it has to do with the topsheet. i think other members of TTD also mentioned the same issue.

the only thing better are the smashes, service and serve return remains the same.

I had the same issues, especially with BS and it made me move to LAC. Another big disadvantage is the weight. That thing is heavy af and caused several other issues.
So i moved on, though i liked my B2 journey^^

if only the LAC doesnt disintegrate just by breathing on it funny.......

that said ig sooner down the line i will try out the LAC

maybe earlier depending on how fed up i am with B2PBS
I really want to boost the LAC, but I'm scared that it will bubble because of what @longle did

LAC is on the heavy side as well, no? I remember seeing cut weights 50g+.

Mine Is looking and working well after 16hs aprox, even used it on a local tournament. Its the 41 degrees though, im pretty sure they only make LAC on 40 degrees now based on the latest spec sheet my agent send me (it has Rxton 9 and 7) cause they corrected LAC hardness to 40 degrees.

Give it a try, there are many of us forum members who didn't experience these QC issues.

@mattlamperouge
I see you are using Loki V7rs.
It seems to be HL5 Structure.
Whats your experience with it and can you compare it to similar blades?
If the Loki blades are hight quality and play like other good ones I would consider them for testing rubbers and having it as a second bat to compare to my Yinhe Pro 05.
I would want to test rubbers on a blade like my main one that isnt my main blade.
( Also I dont wanna take the edge tape on and off but thats secondary)
I couldnt find any reviews on it.
Has anyone else tried Loki Blades?

Uh i must confess i forgot to compare them directly, but they should differ around 5g if i remember correctly. What i did weigh some months ago was the weight difference from changing my FH from B2 BS to LAC.
