And is teslon china very different? I heard teslon 100 is like yinhe moon 12 blue... Isthat trelue
No, Telson 100 is faster. Moon12 was nice for my FH 2 years ago, but never loved it for BH.

I will do a proper test of Telson China tonight on my usual blade, it will tell me if it's really different from Telson 100/Germany.

Tested Rxton 7 37 because i try to find something with the same amount of control and speed as lac but with a bit more power and an easier throw angle to get better openers.

Well Rxton 7 is worse in every department :/ less speed, equally rough to engage, worse angle, worse spin and most important it makes me feel like there is no sweetspot on where to land the shot on my blade. I can make whatever shot i want, the setup doesnt want to reward my whatsoever.

Therefore im going to try Rxton 9 37 next.

That will be the same. And I'm surprised by your opinion on Rxton 7, because I found it was a LAC with 37° sponge.

I tested yesterday the Telson China for more than 2 hours. First 15 minutes were awful, very dead rubber. Then it went better, quitte similar to Teslon 100/Germany but with more control, less speed on low/mid stroke. On powerful strokes, it's at least as fast as Telson 100/Germany. Not sure it will suit me, I'll go back on Teslon Germany this evening.

has anyone tried and can compare the rxton 9 39 and 40.5 degree versions?
for h3n blue sponge, I usually prefer 39 degree on forehand. quite alot easier to play than h3n bs 40 degree, especially after the boost effect is gone

however, rxton 9 39 felt much softer in comparison, was much easier to hit through the rubber. spin was normal but stability and safety of rxton 9 was outstanding. Therefore I am considering to try out to 40.5 degree version. curious if anyone has tried both versions out
I ordered the 40.5 R9 on singles day, still waiting for it to arrive. I’ve used the 39 degree R9 off and on for a few months now and I agree with your assessment for the most part. Very soft and very safe, always felt easy to keep the ball on the table, but didn’t feel great on really hard smashes and lacked some speed on power loops, probably due to the softness. I was actually really surprised when I got it, it felt much softer than my 37 degree H8-80. Could partly be the top sheet, but it’s definitely softer than DHS 39 degree.

Actually it felt like the topsheet were the same because both were equally sticky and both were equally "soft" as much as you can call these rubbers soft^^

R9 felt quite good on fh. I could imagine it being more stable and faster than R7 with the characteristics of the R9 40. Well i will see

I wonder why they released 2 rubbers similar to teslon 100 when teslon 100 is cheaper and still in prod.. especially since you're saying germany is so similar Qlto 100

The Rxton 9 is so confusing for me. The only sheet I got (40.5) was so slow like unboosted H3N or B2 national even after I boosted it with 2 layers. Then I see people using softer red R9 on backhand and for sure some seem to like it. Then I see some using it unboosted and saying it is fast enought. Not sure if I got a dud or why my experience was so bad with it.

Yep, same here R9 was just like a sheet of leather or cardboard absolutely useless. They must have two different factories making two different batches.

Come to think of it, the same happened with Loki LAC , some loved the darn things and for others they were either unplayable or fell apart.

Marketing ? They should have called Telson Germany Telson 05 and China Telson D09c for better results.

Well, tested R9 37 and it kinda feels better than R7. It has a better arc and feeling, buuuuuuuut sadly it is still not a good backhand rubber imo. Way too slow and not that spinny. It just feels not good enough for the level my opponents have.
LAC feels and has the best characteristics in my experience from all the Loki rubbers i played with. And with the pro version they seem to solved the bond issue between rubber and sponge.

This now still leaves me with the question which version of LAC you like as a BH rubber. I ask because there were 2 distinct versions of the original LAC, the one that was playable and the other one i ended up buying that had a sponge like a layer of cardboard. Has the Pro that you like got any bounce and how hard is it in comparison to maybe a H3 commercial 39 ??

P.S. I can't find a pro version on Ali

I played with every version there was/is out there is guess.
I played the orange and green package which are suppose to be the same, which they were in my experience.
And my last sheet was the pro version which has a more silver and red package:

Well that rubber is quite hard. I compared it with h3 provincial bs 40 and lac is luckily easier to engage.
So yeah it feels a bit softer and with harder input a bit more springy than H3.
But it is firmer and feels harder than 37 H3.

I cant tell what went wrong with your lac, but all of my sheets were the same. The normal versions had that weak bond and the topsheet was easy to seperate everytime i changed the rubber. Sometime the sponge even broke and remained on the blade partially while i had the rest of the rubber in my hand.

With the pro version that issue seems to be solved and the rubber feels a slightly bit faster, but that could be my imagination ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I haven't tested everything as thoroughly as Attitude, but I have experience with all variants of LAC and a few other Loki products. Orange vs. green package LAC is very similar, but the orange one has a bit more tacky topsheet with same sponge. LAC Pro with red and silver package is softer and lighter. Seems like the same topsheet as LAC with just a less dense sponge. My LAC Pro's were around 5-7g lighter than orange package LAC. This info checks out with what my Chinese friends have read on Chinese forums, although I know Attitude has found some discrepancies in his experience. Maybe just poor quality control.

I found LAC Pro a bit too soft and unappealing for BH. On some blades it had very low throw angle while also bottoming out too easily. It was ok on FH for earlier-developing players that need something softer. Regular LAC orange package is great for FH IMO, and better for BH than LAC Pro, but I don't really enjoy it on BH like Attitude. R9 in softer variants like 39 deg and below is like a lesser version of H8-80. Nice high throw angle and good arc, tacky topsheet with good grip, softer sponge which gives more dwell, but a bit slow and still not as spinny as H8-80. I think it would be great for developing players that find H8-80 a bit too fast or hard.

For reference on hardness in my testing: LAC Pro < R9 39 deg < H8-80 37 deg ~= LAC.

Loki itself is confused by bringing out all these different blades and rubbers so why not stop confusing the issue even further :
there is NO LAC Pro it is simply called

LOKI THOR ARTHUR CHINA

That might be what it says on the Ali Express listing, but on the packaging it says Arthur China and Pro
