Experienced players using basic rubbers

i am experienced enough and beat higher ranked players with my basic rubbers , i find that super amusing .

You can play really well with basic rubbers. Right now I am using Jupiter 3 on fh and Loki Kirin 1 on bh. They perform really really well.

It Is more of a feeling than a given. It could be all of the above. Or it could mean rubbers that are a bit looked down on by the leaders in a club. Or a ”you get what you pay for”.

I want to learn from the experience of others. And I have seen a few in the forum that have ”downgraded” their rubber choice after a long period of search. That the perfect rubber for them where already their from the start!

I used dignics 09c and 05 I switched to rozena on back and forehand.

Tenerrgy 05 is now considered by many as classic rubber. 2008 is a very very long time.
