Fang Bo's new Stiga Banda Carbon SF

I am very hyped about this blade. I'm a big Fang Bo fan so all the more reason to get it. Even though I am leaving my carbon blade (Fang Bo B2X), I might just have to join back 🤣

Thoughts? Anyone know of availability?

I guess his DHS contract expired. It feels similar to when Ding Ning started to deviate from DHS stuff to more BTY and carbonado series.

uses limba...

w968 copy. FB all wood uses koto outer.

Could also be different feeling. At this point there are so many of the same structure but feel different.

EDIT: seems different on different websites. the one that I posted does say koto however.

EDIT2: very strange to see koto as top layer when traditionally for inner style blade it's limba.

you could be right. or the site could be wrong.

I think the site is wrong because you just don't see koto for inner layer.

Up for this thread. To clear up the confusion, there are 2 versions. Limba-inner AC and koto-inner t5000 style carbon.

I just got this blade and paired it with Glayzer and Xuperman 41-hardness rubber.
It feels stiffer than almost all DHS blades I've used, including the Fang Bo B2, B2X, Hurricane King Wang, and Long 5.
While stiff, it isn't overly bouncy, and although it has less dwell time, it remains controllable.
