So I have been using yinhe pro 01 (viscaria clone) with Fastarc G1 both sides now for 4 months. Its good for the first hour but when it gets humid i can't do any topspins. Now im looking for a rubber with a softer topsheet than g1 as its topsheet is quite hard. I am a mainly forehand attacker and i tend to block on my backhand. I previously had t05 and t19 but it was way too unconttollable. Any suggestion on a string forehand rubber for looping away from the table and a good backhand blocking rubber that can also bite the ball well.

Complaining about a rubber not playing well on humid conditions is like complaining about a dog not eating grass with enthusiasm. By all means change the rubber but humidity is just bad for TT and that is addressed mostly by training and adaptation to the degree you need to deal with it.

It depends on your forehand or backhand. Mizutani used it on both sides so it is a style choice - it is like D05 but shoots at a lower and "faster" trajectory.

You can try stiga DNA platinum M, I used to use G-1 and DNA platinum definitely has the softer feel for the same sponge hardness due to the thin topsheet.

You should keep g-1 on 1-side of your blade so you can compare with the other rubbers you glued on the other side.

Notable mentions are andro hexer and joola xplode, these 2 topsheets are not as stiff as g-1.

Fastarc G-1 is very durable, very grippy, not spin sensitive so very good to block, if your environement is humid no matter the kind of rubber: all will lost grip less the pips or antis. If I was you I will try a more flex blade to allow more easy topspins or increase the thickness sponge if possible for the same Fastarc G-1

Try out Hexer Grip from Andro. It is very good and would provide you the sufficient speed and probably better spin than Fastarc G1.

Power grip or grip
I would suggest that you try Hexer Grip first. I have been through 7-8 sheets of Hexer Powergrip since I have been using it for quite some time on my forehand. However, I see more advantages of using a slightly softer rubber on the forehand. I arrived at this conclusion by using a 45 degrees hardness rubber once on my forehand and it felt more controlled and at the same time I was able to generate more spin on the ball. Since my game is spin oriented hence I recommend using Hexer Grip.
