I think hard rubbers are also less reactive in the very fast and spinny game which is why probably pros prefer them, since higher-level players hit as hard or as spinny as possible.

I just compared Rakza 7 with G1 on my long 5 blade. And for my backhand G1 felt softer why? According to this Thread my Rakza 7 should be softer. I am talking about the backhand loop (spinny) both rubbers were 2.0mm and I just flipped the racket. The feeling of the G1 was much better
