I think the route to go is, does she like the Xiom Vega Intro feeling wise?

If so, logical next step would be stepping up the Xiom Vega ladder, with Europe (DF), Asia (DF) as next steps.
The Vega series consists of a very wide variety of rubbers, and the next logical step for you is to "upgrade" from a rubber with 47.5° (Intro) down to a rubber with 37.5° (Europe DF) or 42.5° (Asia DF)?
Interesting suggestion...

If I'm correct @riemsesy believe you are Dutch. If she wants to stay with Euro/ESN type rubbers, I think its worth while to visit a shop like Game11 if thats a possibility for you. They have many test bats with all ranges of rubbers, so she can try out and feel herself whatever she likes!
thnx for your insight.. yes she does like what she has.
next Monday night Game11 will visit our club, with a testevent :)
that was the start of her question, "should I be getting something else?"

Hardness is only 1 part of the equation. Intro is noticably slower then both Europe or Asia, also in regular and DF version.

Ahh I see.
I would have her try the many test bats, lots of step ups from different brands that are logical evolutions over Vega Intro!

ha, test event ... in my old days, during tournaments, table tennis equipment providers would come to this tournaments with all the flashy new blades and rubbers and whatnot. of course you would try. of course you would want something new, something different ... but that might not be the right choice. ;) many times you get a new blade / rubber / both and it seems like a ray of sunshine just shone on your troubled backhand / forehand topspin / short game ... but the reality comes out after this, what I call "honeymoon period" ... after a week or even two weeks of playing ... ;)

I mean, yeah, with experience, you do get the idea what you like, what is good, but sometimes you get the real idea about something after a couple of days playing with it ... ;)

Hurricane 3 is the most popular rubber in the world by a very big margin. Tenergy 05 and Fastarc G1 don't even make the sales of the Hurricane. And now that more and more people start to use yinhe and loki rubbers, they will only continue to rise in popularity.

Plus the price difference and durability being much better on tacky rubbers, it's just weird that they didn't catch on sooner. Top sheet with good maintenance remains tacky for years and the sponge after a few months retains a state that's very nice and playable for years. Esn, daiki and bty rubbers die after 6 months of use, Chinese rubbers don't.

And of course the performance being much more consistent on the Chinese rubbers with tons more grip is also a very important factor.
possible, but not everyone like the feel of Chinese rubber. I hate it. it's ... I can't even describe it, I had Chinese rubber for a while on my backhand, because I had to improve some things but when I took it off and finally got a nice, freshly glued BTY Ekrips my hand was screaming of joy and the feeling available ... I need soft rubber. I want soft rubber.
