Hi all - by way of follow up I am posting a short clip of a match I played last night vs a defender (Lost 3-1)
Obviously this gave me more time to anticipate but I can still see problems with the high balls coming back to my BH that caused me some issues!

nice that you can feel a implementation already, but also give yourself time to adapt, stuff like this can take sometimes over half a year of regularly training to take over in match situations depending how long you already have that habit and how old you are

I didn’t read whole chain so sorry if I repeat someones toughts. As you said this problem is most evident in match situation. So I think you should start to train like a match situation. By this I mean that you should start every drill (regular and irregular) with a serve or a receive. This way your drills resemble match situation and vice versa.
