Good, durable, non-tacky Chinese rubbers for a beginner?

Is there such a thing?
I'm going to put together a racket for a colleague of mine. AliExpress budget. He currently plays with a Stiga 3-star something premade (all wood).
His play style is mostly driving and flat hitting/smashing, some blocking. Very little active looping. That, combined with the fact that he's realistically not going to clean the rubbers very often makes me conclude that a non-tacky rubber is probably the best fit. Or, at most very little tack.
For the blade I'm gonna go with the N10s or N11s.

He doesn't want different rubbers on FH and BH.
I like AK47, and I think it would suit his needs very well, but I'm skeptical about the durability.
Big Dipper might be a bit too fast? Durability is good though.
Mercury 2 might be a bit too slow for him?
Moon Speed?

Maybe something like Aurus Soft/Select on Ali when they have a Black Friday sale?

All suggestions would be appreciated :)

Friendship/729 makes the ritc2000, also known as ritc and cross nowadays. It's the non sticky version of super fx basically.
Cosmetically it ages quickly, but playwise you can get spin out of it after putting your bat 10 years in the closet.

Edit: I wouldn't recommend Ak47 for durability.
Thinking outside the box you could also try to get him something protective like a case or even one of those plastic semi-bags. Just doing that and keeping the UV off will drastically increase the lifespan of any rubber.
