To be more specific, fast balls, cuz I struggle a lot with them

Develop your basic techniques, loops and drives primarily, maybe blocks if these fast balls are loaded with topspin. Fast balls should not be a problem if you’re young, it’s really just training.

Ironically the coaching could be more effective when you are younger.

Then Fang Bo has a lot videos on Bilibili and Youtube which I quite like.

I don't know, but you can gather basic principles like positioning, timing, anticipation, motion, handling etc from them at least.
