How do I make my inverted rubber antispin

Hi community, I want to test playing with antispin and already have a Stiga premade with rubbers I don't care that much for anyway and would like to get your ideas on how to convert the black side into an antispin rubber. Leave it in the sun? Rub it with alcohol? Is it possible?

I am fully aware of that it will not compare to a factory made anti spin, but enough to give me an idea how it is to play with it.

Get a can of non-stick cooking spray and voila!

You could try to make it oxidize. Wet and heat it with a hair dryer when dry repeat number of times 😇

Or cover it with kerosene light it up and put it out repeat… 🤣🤣🤣

Seriously , it’s easier just to get such rubber…

Spray varnish on it
Leave it on the dashboard of a car on a sunny day
Use baking paper and apply an iron

So many options to ruin a rubber, but leaving premades by the window exposed to lots of sun is the easiest way to do it accidentally

Unfortunately this will destroy wood as well…

UV-radiation prolonged exposure on a rubber sheet should turn a grippy rubber material into non-grippy.
