Awesome!I play/train 4+hour per day. 6 days per week. So far ive been doin it more for weight loss. 15kg since april. Now im fitter i think the next objective is to climb the ranks in my local league. Im 2nd division 18-29yo. My plan is to go to 1st division and be in the 15 first every stage.
The thing is : what do you want to achieve? Add your motivation and your disponibility and go for it!
