How many hours do you practice a week?

I play/train 4+hour per day. 6 days per week. So far ive been doin it more for weight loss. 15kg since april. Now im fitter i think the next objective is to climb the ranks in my local league. Im 2nd division 18-29yo. My plan is to go to 1st division and be in the 15 first every stage.
The thing is : what do you want to achieve? Add your motivation and your disponibility and go for it! :eek:

My goal is winning the Canary Islands Championship is 3 years, I know it won't be easy, but I know I can do it.

Just to update the subject here. I think i achieve part of my objective.
Last week i won 2nd place on the 2nd division 18-29yo.
I had never went further than 1/4. Managed to beat all those who i had lost to.
It was really an exciting stage :eek:
Lets see if with more hours during vacation and private classes i can secure my spot on the 1st division next year :cool:
