How to play at a consistent high level?

Against better players, i often try to win through cheap points. Like at 10-10, I will serve fast to the backhand and that generally will win points at local league and jbl. Also try to take each point as they come as service is normally the difference between a good and an average player

Yeh I need to learn to learn and move on from previous points but your so right about getting cheap points. Played someone and from 0-0 did fast serve and got free point

Ghost zen kind of. Sandra has a girls session which has few boys which is really for young beginners. Lee doesn't coach, I still can't get his serves back and he's never explained it well. My dads the main coach, he can set drills but can't really do much more for me now than that
