http://www.ttnpp.com - They have lost my trust

I ordered rubbers from that site 2 months ago..still haven't recieved them. I ordered one pair of xiom sigma II pro.
I've written to them 2 times about this (costumer service) but i still havent got any help or any response.
I've ordered from them before and there were no problems but this time..

They have lost my trust.

I am surprised, I have ordered many time and received items in matter of 4 days to the California. They are great people to deal with, it must be some misunderstanding.

Misunderstanding sure, but if they don't even reply when i ask them for help.
That changes things..and 2 months..comon. :mad:

Since it is possible that your messages got lost or sent to a junk mail folder, I would suggest you try contacting them every day for the next week or until you get a reply.

If you do not hear from them and you paid by credit card you can contact your credit card company and make a claim.

But sometimes international shipping can get stuck in transit for more than 2 months.

Still, it is time to take more active steps to try to make contact with the company.

Then you filed a dispute with PayPal? That usually forces vendors into action.

There you go. If you used PayPal you have other options.

I would still begin to be aggressive in trying to contact them on a daily basis until the matter is resolved.

But don't wait to file s dispute with PayPal.

45 days is the dispute horizon for PayPal. That's the problem - credit card is usually more flexible. But PayPal has a quick process that puts sellers on a sharp alert so many vendors try to avoid running up against the PayPal limit - I don't know if credit cards work that way.

ttnpp is reliable. he just doesnt care as much as other stores do. just dispute although 2 months are a very long time so its your responsibility also. you should dispute earlier. send him tons of messages so he can notice you. pm him on facebook skype gmail etc etc

just insist on trying to find him. He will give you, your money back dont be anxious about this. He is a reliable store he doesnt want to steal from anybody and risk his reputation. Try everything and be patient, email facebook paypal dispute and eventually he will contact you.

Just ordered a package last week from TTnpp hope they are reliable :) But I got a tracking number etc quite fast. Have you checked spamfolders etc if you lost an email from them?

He always doesnt answer by email, try contact by skype or open disput on paypal.
Before make order on ttnpp, i suggest to catch him by skype (ohgnow nickname) and ask about items in stock. When items not in stock, he doesnt care about inform you about that...
