I am a noob when it comes to business... fact. I'm new and learning. It's a game just like Table Tennis, that has levels in it, and painful lessons disguised as experience that you need, in order to get better at it. Much like many things worth getting good at

Last year, I got an influx of new students both online and in person. I took on WAY too many clients for someone who is still a solopreneur, and didn't know how to handle it. Students didn't get timely feedback and support from me as needed. An apology alone to those players, is not enough. So, I have:

1.) Learnt from it
2.) Set up a new model that strictly only takes on 35 students to work with 1on1 in depth
3.) Come up with a spicy new offer for my FREE Skool group that GIVES what I used to charge money for (FREE still requires that you give me your attention and time, which is valuable - so lets talk about what is in the FREE group, that is now going to provide genuine value to the members)

The FREE group (if you are already in it - I highly recommend you tune back in for the following reasons below)

- Exclusive Content 3-4 times per week: I analyse matches of PROS, club level players (typically 1200-2400 USATT) and discuss the things at play in the matches (what match strategies are used/could be used to win, tweaks that are game changers, what I would do in their position, when something is a skill issue and how to actually train for that so that it will work under pressure in future, matches of my 1on1 students analysed in depth with how I would use different strategy if I was them, and how to train to fix things that go wrong that are skill issues, matches of myself beating club level players you struggle with, etc).

If you like my stuff on YouTube and Instagram, the stuff here will be more frequent, more in depth and have more variety of content that helps you, simply because its easy to do on Loom, and it's my way of giving to the people that value my work.
- My 6 step proven to work method that takes club level players from Match level stagnation -> Better match levels. You will understand all the steps necessary so that even the most untalented player will develop skillsets that work under pressure = better and more consistent match results over time. Won't work if you have mental or physical disabilities (being a little overweight or having ADHD like me, doesn't count as mental or physical disability lol). These 6 steps have come from me coaching high hundreds (maybe even a thousand by now) players to improve their match skills and me noticing the SAME processes required for ANY player who is a club level player, to get better.

- A 45 min Group coaching Q&A call with me where you get to ask me questions about struggles you have and I answer them in depth + I teach you skills necessary at club levels.

- If the above wasn't enough or isn't good, I also select 4 lucky winners at the end of every month from the top 10 in the leaderboard (engagement in the community increases your rank), and analyse them playing a set, 1on1, and give custom feedback as to what their true problems in matches are.

- Meet other players just like you who are struggling to play well in matches despite feeling great in matches. Who knows you might meet up with someone in your city and be hitting partners/mates, etc. You might even become allies with someone online and motivate each other.

Sick of being conflicted by outside advice and finally want to learn the pathway to you reaching your goals. NOW is the time to join. I honestly don't know if this will be FREE forever. It might be, it might not be. Take advantage of it now while you can?

Time management has been the biggest and ONLY factor that has caused poor delivery consistency in the past. So, if you are feeling like "is it going to actually deliver all this and be valuable?" I completely hear you.

Based on many students' feedback, the things in this group is on offer for that reason, and it happens to be something that doesn't require a huge amount of my time, whilst still being very valuable for the people I specifically help

By nature I am an honest person that calls it out how I see it, and how I feel (I wear my heart on my sleeve in case you haven't noticed lol). For those that have taken on coaching from me and for some reason of my fault I have let you down, I hope this can at least be used as just 10% of an apology to you 🙏

Great to see you doubling back and trying again with a better plan! I sincerely hope this version is much better for everyone, including you, because I know you have serious coaching experience by now and it must have been frustrating not getting it across how you wanted it to.
I'll be sure to check in soon

I've been a music teacher soloentrepreneur for more than 10 years now, thing is it's a also a bit diffrent cos' having a pro music career lasts WAY LONGER than a top high olympian athlete, I'm 52 and still working in jazz and blues combos as a pro, meaning being paid for that.

Jazz, like classical music, being a really tough music that requires dedication it's time consuming. So when I entered the teaching business with Skype at that time, I had to learn how to stream my lessons properly.

The most important thing I have learned is: BAN PROCRASTINATION !
Never EVER procrastinate when it comes to preps. After the first meeting with a new students, I write things on the go during the meeting, back at home I IMMEDIATELY SET a "shedding" plan with what the student will have to work on. I've got tons of individualized plans and schedules now that helps me from the beginner to the aspiring pro musician. Never EVER procrastinate when it comes to video editing. Shooting is cool, but editing is freaking time consuming !!!

Of course I have way less students than you, because the music teaching business is way more saturated than the table tennis teaching one. But it's largely compensated by the hours dedicated to my personal jazz shedding, reharsals, networking in jam sessions at night on week days, gigs prospection, video editing, and sometimes when I have to record, mix and master an EP for some of my bands it's 2 to 3 months really full and exhausting.

And of course, beware of the burn-out ! seriously it happened to me after a shoulder injury, a capsulitis caused by a burn-out, that forced me to quit music for a year, and also table tennis and sport in general, because I was chasing too much goals at the same time.

So the most important is to not set too much goals, there are some that requires few minutes or hours: do them NOW no procrastination. Some that requires many weeks to be achieved... won't be done in days nor hours ! so do a fraction of these goals each day of course, but set an alarm, like 1 hour or 30 minutes, do the job in that time but not more. That's why recording, mixing and mastering takes a lot of time in my business.

im still in the SKOOL community and actively participating.

Im sorry however i don't ever intend to PAY for something online because i've got already IRL coaches.
maybe IRL if HMH happens to be in the same place it could be fun.

IMO the content even in the FREE section is very good and original compared to other offers (in english). for those without the opportunity to have IRL coach and have a budget, its probably a good option.
