There was a post from someone on here which said that DHS confirmed the neo version comes with glue, not preboosted? Can any confirm?

I would not call whatever they put on the Neo glue and booster. At the very LEAST i would put one layer of glue before sticking it on.
I’ve tried neo without boosting since it’s “pre boosted” That shi is NOT pre boosted. Super slow, low arc, and unplayable. With two layers of booster, it’s much better.
Non neo was made before the speed glue ban, so therefore it was meant for the strong VOC content to make it faster and playable. Modern boosters don’t do enough. I’ve tried a friends non neo blue sponge hurricane and i could feel a difference in the speed, hardness, and arc (same two layers of booster and same listed hardness compared to my Neo BS H3)

The difference between NEO rubber and non-NEO rubber lies in the strengthening treatment of the sponge, not the organic or inorganic glue used when gluing the racket.
Because NEO rubber undergoes a strengthening treatment, it's generally not recommended to use organic glue with the racket.
The rapid expansion of organic glue can damage the cell walls of the NEO reinforced sponge. This may have a significant initial acceleration effect, but it will also affect the sponge's durability.
When using organic glue with organic rubber, the sponge cells can be fully expanded, allowing it to fully develop its elasticity.
Note: When we refer to organic glue and inorganic glue, we generally refer to the type of glue used to bond the rubber to the base.

The problem with confirming this is that I can't say how fresh the Neos and especially the non-Neos were that I got. After boosting I can't tell either because I never measured the amount of booster I used...
Unboosted I would say that the non-Neos were a bit deader but they are not in an airtight package... The original speed glue aka Rema TipTop SVS-Vulc vulcanizing fluid and rubber cement like Fixogum work on both but I never tried the "heavy" stuff on H3(N)s that was used during the speed glue heyday.

Sure they may play “fine” and maybe for you. I can feel a definite difference. Your original statement is still wrong however. Non neo = VOC glue and Neo = WBG plus modern boosters. This is the reason why Neo was even made in the first place

Not everybody here has group of another ej's friends to make big order. Most of my friends for example use butterfly and just use same stuff.
If you're not an EJ you can also just batch your own orders. $300 is just 4 H3N national BS, which should last you maybe a year or so? Idk if TT11 sells Butterfly products to Canada, it doesn't to the US so unfortunately I can't get Butterfly products from there.
Also, we used to have someone who group buys for the entire club at one of the clubs I go to. Most people aren't EJs, but when you've got dozens of people it's not hard to get a $300 order pretty frequently.

You buy 4 H3N national and after trying one dont want to use it and want to try something else. Again order 4-6 rubbers to get $300, try one of them, don't like and place another $300 order for different rubbers. This what you mean? Good idea!
Well I've been using the same FH rubber for a couple years now, and each only lasts me 2-3 months so that's not really an issue for me. You could also resell them. Paddle palace sells DHS rubbers for a ridiculous price, so you can make a profit while the buyer still gets a discount. I personally don't bother with reselling unless it's to a clubmate, but that's an option.
