i use the chinese style of forehand topspin, and as u know all the top chinese players have big backswings. I cant drag my arm back that quick and it makes me hit the ball behind my body sometimes and it forces me away from the table,
does anyone know how i can increase my backswing speed so i can hit the ball infront of my body everytime, or any drills that can help me switch from backhand to forehand consistently
