Why a viscaria of my friend have softer feel and more dwell than my primorac off-?

I think the arylate provides more dwell and softer feel than allwood blades

You tried the Kim Jung Hoon blade, right? 7 ply that plays like a 5 ply with an extra gear at the top.

That actually might be perfect for you. Next TT Adventure, I will bring the one I have if you want to give it a whirl. You could always get Der to modify the handle. His does feel good that way. [emoji2] But he's gonna get awfully excited if you want to use a JKH with the Der_Beast Mod!!!

I have been harboring in my rucksack at the ready an artist's putty knife, wood glue, and assorted filler material just waiting for Carl to cough up one of hiz Clippers for the Beast Mod...

I think NL would love the KJH, lots of feel and a reasonable top end, PLENTY of ability to change hand pressure and adjust blocks, but amazingly Kanaph also plays VERY WELL close to table for this... and it has an extreme power at top end.
