I currently use tenergy 05fx 2.1 on my forehand and backhand as well with joola k3 (a offensive + blade)
to give you a rough idea of the level I play at, I play 11 hours a week for 2.5 years and I am 17, I play division 2 of my local league (I have won 80%) and i play division 1as a reserve.
here are my concerns:
i have heard that an offensive + blade (which i currently use) with tenergy is too fast, even more so when i play at a intermediate level. i have heard that a all + or off- would be better as the rubber is so fast?
another concern is i have heard players with tenergy make little progress, unless they are top players is this true?
recently i have gotten used to tenergy and am improving at a decent rate, although perhaps i would be improving more with a slower blade and rubber?(i have used tenergy for roughly 6-9 months when I first used it destroyed my game as it was so different.
i play a fairly fast game mostly attacking.
so what do you think should i change my bat/rubber or both? please explain why.
thank you.
