Yes.Is it still worth it? Planning to buy since a lot of people saying it has the best feeling.
Mine is T05H + G09CI have this blade as well, but I'm not sure which rubber I should be pairing this blade with. I tried the Andro Hexer Grip and they do not fit this blade nor do they fit me.
Can't speak for other countries, but there are some players in the upper German leagues playing 5-Ply wood blades. These people would have a USTTR of 2600 and above. Surely, playing the "modern game" with 5-Ply woods should be feasible for the rest of us, too?too slow for the modern game
sure, if you play at community center once or twice a week get the blade
carbon is the new setup now, with the new rubbers and new ball
if you still opt for the woody feel, get the 7 ply. Many option: Clipper, Malong 3, many many more.

Yeah, “modern game” close to the table even Def rated blades are quick enough!! Mid / Far distance then maybe you’ll need a bit more speed!!Can't speak for other countries, but there are some players in the upper German leagues playing 5-Ply wood blades. It's a good blade, well made and good feeling, no doubt. Is it still worth it? Planning to buy since a lot of people saying it has the best feeling.
Would be interesting to see video of these players especially if they play inverted on both sides. Can't speak for other countries, but there are some players in the upper German leagues playing 5-Ply wood blades. Actually, I love the feels of sanwei v5 pro coming from different blades. Fzd alc, zlc, slzc and others more.what does "worth it" mean to you?
value for money acoustic was never worth it. it's a nice, well-made all-wood blade like all Nittaku stuff is.
but it costs 3x or 4x a yasaka or other name-brand five ply wood, and you won't play any better with acoustic than with a $30 - 40 blade.
is an acoustic worth it? - No. should you buy one? - Maybe how much do you care about the extra $100?
I play acoustic carbon since 2018, just for reference. they aren't "worth" the premium price either. but I like them and I don't really give a shit if something I will use 5x/week for two or three years costs an extra $100.
I own a YSE and an Acoustic G-Rev, and the acoustic is a lot faster.Indeed, I love it.
But I will admit that it is a bit of a vanity purchase for me. I would be served just as well with a 30$ high quality 5-ply blade, e.g. the Yasaka Sweden Extra.
This is it ☝️what does "worth it" mean to you?
